How quickly will my account be approved?
Usually within one business day. We review every application personally — if we need more information we'll reach out.
Is there a minimum order to access the trade discount?
No. One print, fifty prints — the 40% discount applies regardless of order size. Net-30 invoicing is available for established accounts with regular order volumes.
Can I order custom sizes?
Yes. We produce prints in custom dimensions to suit specific briefs, wall proportions, or architectural requirements. Get in touch with your account manager once your account is open.
How long does production and delivery take?
Unframed prints are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Framed prints within 3–5 business days. Trade orders can be flagged for priority production on request. Free shipping Australia-wide.
What happens if a print arrives damaged?
We'll replace it, no questions asked. Let us know within 14 days of arrival and we'll send a replacement at our cost.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Free shipping covers all of Australia. For international trade projects, get in touch directly — we handle international orders case by case.
